Tiffany has since founded a consulting company where she connects with retailers to elevate their virtual presence. Rebecca Boyajian-Pecnik is a GIA GG and an AGS CG. With more than 15 years in the luxury fashion and jewelry industries, Rebecca is currently a Director in Market Development at GIA. Continuing GIA’s mission of protecting consumers, she supports independent retailers, trade associations and the secondary jewelry market in accessing GIA education, tools and resources.

Cindy has an extensive background in buying, sales, retail management, gemology, and jewelry design, Cindy Chandler knows the worlds of fine jewelry and retail inside out. After earning her Graduate Gemologist diploma from the Gemological Institute of America, she became an instructor at GIA. Cindy then worked as group manager, regional training manager, and human resource management roles at Macy’s. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for mentoring and educating retail jewelers. This led her to the American Gem Society, where she served as Deputy Executive Director and added association management to her skill set. As Associate Show Director for the SMART Jewelry Show/SmartWork Media, Cindy continued to empower retailers with her knowledge, experience, and love of the business. Currently, Cindy is working on projects that benefit from her knowledge in retail and association management, sales, gemology, marketing, public relations, and customer service. Vice President, Stategic Analysis - Stuller
Harold Dupuy, Vice President of Strategic Analysis for Stuller, Inc., has had a multi-faceted career in the jewelry industry. In over four decades, he has held many roles, ranging from merchandising executive leadership in a large public corporation to owning and operating an independent jewelry store.

A Fellow of the Gemological Association of Great Britain (FGA), a Graduate Gemologist (GIA), and a Master Gemologist Appraiser (ASA Retired). Before joining Stuller, Harold also owned and operated a private appraisal practice and gemological laboratory.

At Stuller, he draws on this diverse background to analyze, anticipate, and act on shifting trends in the international jewelry market.

David Geller is a 14th-generation bench jeweler, starting at age 10 in his father’s wholesale manufacturing jewelry company.

Starting on his own, working for Neiman Marcus in Atlanta as their jeweler, then as a custom jeweler. He started his own company, Jewelry Artisans, in 1974 as a trade shop.

Within a few years, he went 100% retail as a repair & custom design jewelry company, employing five jewelers, a waxer, a polisher, a shop foreman, and four sales staff.

In 1987 he created his now well-known "Gellers Blue Book to Jewelry Design & Repair" for his store. Using his repair and custom jewelry pricing guide increased his store's sales by 35% in the first six months.

In 2000, he sold the store to his #1 salesperson and now devotes his time to selling his price book to jewelers across America, Canada, and Australia, helping them make more money from their shop and helping jewelers with QuickBooks.

Born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, I worked my entire life at Sissys Log Cabin. My career started with helping my Grandmother Sissy and Father Bill at our first location in South Arkansas. I have helped open 5 locations, co-founded SLC finance, and helped train and manage a staff of over 120+. I was fortunate enough to be exposed to the industry before and after technology. Most of my time now is spent understanding the modern-day customer and helping our company and other retailers adapt to the changing times through our company, The Jewelry Sales Academy.

Carrie Volp is the Vice President of Commercial Lines Insurance Operations at Jewelers Mutual. She has over 20 years of experience in insurance and over 13 years of specialized focus in the jewelry industry. Carrie is well-versed in loss prevention, the underwriting and claims processes, and also understands the needs of the jeweler.

Elevating the jeweler experience and moving the industry forward is at the core of everything Carrie sets out to accomplish. Not only does she understand the day-to-day needs of the jeweler, she also understands the pain-points and areas of opportunity for the jewelry industry -- an area in which she is passionate about driving positive change.

Carrie earned her Bachelor’s degree from Ripon College and Executive MBA from University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. She is also a member of the Retail Jewelers Organization Foundation Board of Directors.
