Whether your store is brand new or generations old, we’re glad you’re considering a visit to the Atlanta Jewelry Show. Our goal is to make your first experience comfortable, productive, and genuinely enjoyable. AJS is a place to meet the suppliers you rely on, discover new partners and products, and connect with other independent jewelers who understand your world.

Once you’ve decided to join us, a little planning can make your time here even more valuable. Thinking ahead about what you’d like to see, learn, or explore will help you make the most of your visit. Keep reading for a few simple ways to prepare and feel right at home.

Simple Steps to Get Prepared and Feel at Home
  • Save time onsite by registering in advance.
  • Make your travel and hotel plans early. Click here for hotel information.
  • Reach out to the vendors you hope to visit and set appointments ahead of time. Many exhibitors welcome early morning meetings before the show opens.
  • Review your inventory needs so your buying is focused and efficient. Thoughtful planning helps you stay within budget and take advantage of any available savings.
  • Watch for Show Specials in the online Exhibitor List, the onsite show guide, and the booth signage so you do not miss offers that may be easy to overlook during a busy day.
  • Use the printable floor plan and Exhibitor List to mark the companies you want to visit before you arrive.
  • Bring clothing that is comfortable and professional, including layers and shoes that will take you through the day with ease.
  • Pack a few essentials such as water, healthy snacks, a phone charger, photo identification, business cards, and anything else you rely on for a smooth workday.

Once You Arrive ...

  • Once you're on-site, pick up the official AJS Show Guide at the registration area. Review the guide and finalize your plan of action.
  • Make sure your badge is in plain sight while browsing trade show booths. Have a pen and notebook ready for notes and use business cards to jot down information on the back.
  • Share your fabulous finds with your followers on social media and get them excited about what you’re bringing back for them.
  • Look for show specials, and purchase only where they are truly bargains and needed in your store. Check freight costs and delivery dates. Also, keep track of the orders you place so you'll stay within your budget.
  • Trade shows are the perfect time to expand your network. Please bring plenty of your business cards and give them to interested parties. Don't be afraid to introduce yourself to others!
