Use this form if you are registering any of the following.
- A retail jewelry store and its team members.
- A bench jeweler or repair business attending BenchFusion or RetailFusion.
- A jewelry industry professional attending BenchFusion or RetailFusion.
- A student attending BenchFusion or RetailFusion.
If your retail store has attended the Atlanta Jewelry Show in the past or is currently listed in the JBT directory, a fast track option will be available within this form to speed up registration. This option applies to retail stores only.
Professional Affiliation
Individual Registration for Credentialed Professionals
Use this form only if you are registering yourself as an individual based on a professional credential.
This form is for individuals who are:
- GIA graduates
- Active members of the American Gem Society
- Active members of National Association of Jewelry Appraisers
- Active members of Metal Arts Guild of Georgia.
This form is limited to one person per submission and cannot be used to register teams, or multiple attendees.
- Unique and Valid Email addresses are REQUIRED for each show attendee.
- SJTA/AJS has the sole right to determine admissibility.
- All qualified buyers must meet guidelines as outlined on AJS Buyer Qualification Page.
- The Atlanta Jewelry Show is open to the trade only.
- Admission is not granted to guests, individuals operating businesses from home, wholesale/manufacturers, or all individuals under the age of 12, including infants.
- Children ages 7 and up, are eligible to register and participate in FutureFusion (formerly Kids Camp). Please note that this onsite experience is NOT a childcare alternative. This program and all activities are designed for children ages 7 and up. Visit the FutureFusion page for more details.
If your company has never attended before, we strongly encourage you to pre-register for the show. We need time to review your credentials prior to the show, and this is best done beforehand.
If you do come as a first-time walk-in, please carefully review the required proofs of buyer qualification below:
BRING WITH YOU
1. The following proofs of being in business:
- Traditional retail stores: Copy of store lease and photos of store (inside and outside, including store signage)
- Or, if you are an e-commerce business, the URL of an active e-commerce website offering fine jewelry from multiple third-party brands purchased for resale. Stores selling only their own manufactured or branded products do not qualify. Additionally, you will be required to bring two jewelry industry references that can be verified before permitting entry. Please note that the show takes place on Saturday and Sunday, so independent verification may be impossible to achieve as a walk-in.
- Copy of sales tax certificate
- Copy of business license
2. Two or more invoices totaling $10,000 or more of fine jewelry purchases in the last 12 months.
3. If you are bringing employees with you, bring a W2 or pay stub for each employee to prove their employment.
4. Each person entering the show will be required to show a government-issued photo ID.
You will not be able to enter the show floor until your business has been reviewed and approved.

If the business you are employed by has attended AJS before, but you have not, you will still need to register and provide your credentials to attend the show or participate in BenchFusion or RetailFusion.
If you are an employee of a retail store, and you are registering to walk the show floor, your store manager or owner must approve your registration before we can provide you with a badge.

An individual email address is required for each registration. Our badging system uses the email address as a unique ID. So each attendee must provide an active and individual email address (cannot be a shared email address) in order to receive important registration messages, confirmation emails, and printed badge.
