The Atlanta Jewelry Show is open to the Trade only. 

  • Advanced registration is required for New Businesses.

  • SJTA/Atlanta Jewelry Show has the sole right to determine admissibility.
    • SJTA/Atlanta Jewelry Show can randomly audit or update registration information.
    • All credentials and documents must be in English or have accompanying English translation.
  • By submitting an online registration:
    • You understand that your application may not be accepted and/or more information may be requested.
    • You authorize that all personnel listed are employed by this store. Each buyer/employee for a given store must present store-related Identification, i.e. company pay stub or copy of W-2.
  • New attendees and new businesses are required to pre-register, submit all required business credentials, and receive an attendee confirmation at least two weeks before the show to attend the show.  Call (800) 241-0399 for more information.

  • Guests or the General Public
  • Individuals operating businesses from home
  • Individuals under the age of 12 including infants are NOT ALLOWED ENTRY. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE.
  • Children ages 7 and up, are eligible to register and participate in AJS Kids Jewelry Camp.  Please note that this onsite experience is NOT a childcare alternative.  This program and all activities are specifically designed for children ages 7 and up.  Visit the AJS Kids Jewelry Camp page for more details.

ADMISSION IS GRANTED TO THE FOLLOWING:

Qualified Retail Jewelry Stores & Pawn Brokers

The purchase & resale of finished fine jewelry must be the primary business.  New businesses must provide the documents below at least 2 weeks prior to each show and receive entry approval and show registration confirmation before attending.

Qualified Stores Must Provide:

  1. Jewelers Board of Trade listing and assigned JBT# and Rating. Additional documentation may be required.OR
  2. Submit all required credentials listed below at least 2 weeks prior to each show:
    • Copy of Store Lease or photos of store (inside and outside)
    • Copy of Sales Tax Certificate
    • Copy of Company Business License
    • Copies of multiple fine jewelry purchase invoices totaling a minimum of $15,000 within the past year.
    • Photo ID and Employment Verification for each attending employee (Copy of W-2 or Paycheck/Paystub).

Online Businesses:

Business owner/s must provide the following documents for approval:

  • Copy of website information or valid website address
  • Copy of Sales Tax Certificate
  • Copies of multiple fine jewelry purchase invoices totaling a minimum of $30,000 within the past year
  • Photo ID and Employment Verification for each attending employee (Copy of W-2 or Paycheck/Paystub)

Retail members of Professional Industry Associations and Organizations: 

Active members qualify immediately with proof of current membership.

Industry Professionals & Alternative Industry Related Businesses:

  • Copy of Sales Tax Certificate
  • Fine jewelry or jewelry supply purchase invoices totaling a minimum of $10,000 within the past year
  • Photo ID and Employment Verification for each attending employee (Copy of W-2 or Paycheck/Paystub)
