Attendee FAQ

Have a question about attending the show? You will find clear answers to the most common questions below. And if you don't see what you need, please send us a note to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. We will respond quickly, plus add your question to this page so others can find it, too.

Is there an admission fee?

Admission to the Atlanta Jewelry Show is free for qualified retailers because the event is open exclusively to the trade.

Additional experiences, such as education and Bench Fusion, carry separate fees, which you will find outlined in their respective sections.

Can I bring my children?

To protect the wholesale focus of the show and ensure a safe environment on a busy exhibit floor, children under 12, including infants, are not permitted, and strollers are not allowed.

The only exception is AJS FutureFusion, a jewelry training program for children ages 7-17. This program is an immersive, hands-on jewelry workshop that uses real tools and torches, so it is not a childcare service and is not suitable for younger children. Click here for more details.

How do I contact you?

You can contact us at 800.241.0399.  Or click here to find the contact information for a specific team member!

Can I get an exhibitor list?

You can browse all exhibitors in our online Exhibitor Listings anytime. A printed directory will also be included in your registration materials on-site.

What hotel should I stay in?

The Atlanta Jewelry Show's host hotel is the Renaissance Waverly Hotel, connected to the Cobb Galleria Centre.  There are several convenient hotels that surround the Cobb Galleria Centre, within walking and/or distance.   Click here for complete details on how to contact these hotels directly or to register online and receive our discounted show rates.

Do you offer transportation from the airport?

The show does not offer airport transportation. Some of our host hotels do provide shuttle service to and from the Cobb Galleria Centre, but availability and schedules vary. Please confirm with your hotel before booking.

Can I bring a guest?

Only registered attendees are allowed into the show. Guests are not permitted, and attendees may not bring guests. Every employee of a business must have their own individual badge registration.

What identification do I need to enter the show?

If you registered in advance:
Bring an official photo ID to pick up your badge.

If you are registering on-site, but have attended past shows:
Review the on-site registration requirements here.

If this is your first time attending, but your business is pre-registered or has attended before:
Review the on-site registration requirements here.

If your business has never attended the show:
We strongly discourage you from attempting to register on-site. There is a high risk you will  be turned away. Review the on-site registration requirements here.

How do I register my business for the first time?

All new business registrants must register at least two weeks before the show in order for their owners and/or employees to attend. To learn more about registering a business to attend the show for the first time, check out this page.

My business is registered. But I'm a first-timer.
What do I need to do?
  • If the business you are employed by has attended AJS before, but you have not, you will still need to register, including providing your credentials.
  • If you are an employee of a retail store and are registering to walk the show floor, additional confirmation will be required by your store management.

Is there parking? And how much does it cost?

The Cobb Convention Center is dedicated to ensuring that our guests have accessible and safe parking. During construction at the convention center, only 2 decks are available, the Green Deck and Blue Deck. Parking is $10 daily.* No in-and-out privileges.

We recommend the Blue Deck as it is located directly across Galleria Drive and easiest to navigate during construction. This parking deck has an underground tunnel on the 2nd level with direct access to the front entrance of convention center. Use this tunnel in order to avoid traffic while crossing the street and also to protect yourself from inclement weather.

Handicap parking is located in the East Lot, located off Galleria Pkwy (the connector between the Waverly Hotel and Cobb Convention Center). Guests will enter the convention center through the East Entrance.

Can I take photographs at the show?

Photography of any exhibit is not allowed unless you receive permission from the exhibitor. Many exhibitors display new products, prototypes, or designs that are not yet public, and this policy protects their work and their competitive advantage. If you’d like to take a photo, please ask the exhibitor directly.
