Devin Jones, founder and CEO of JewelerOS, has devoted his career to serving the jewelry industry by developing software that solves real problems of consumers and independent jewelers alike.

Devin holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Villanova University. He began his career in finance, spending four years at Bank of America before co-founding Cold Harbor Capital Partners LP, a private investment firm.

He then co-founded diamond marketplace StoneAlgo, a platform that uses machine learning to search millions of diamonds to compare quality, track prices, and design custom engagement rings. The idea for this platform came from his own frustrations with a lack of pricing transparency while shopping for an engagement ring.

After over seven years serving consumers through StoneAlgo, Devin turned his attention to independent jewelers with JewelerOS, a human concierge model for lead nurturing that turns website visitors into verified, high-intent in-store appointments.

Devin’s service orientation extends to his community, which he serves as a board member of the Renaissance Youth Center, a nonprofit supporting children in the South Bronx through education and the arts.
