Stephen Lott is the Founder and President of Heritage Appraisers. With over 30 years of experience in the jewelry industry, Stephen began his career as a jewelry apprentice for a major jewelry manufacturer on the nationally recognized "Jewelers Row" in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Since then, Stephen has continued to develop his passion and expertise in fine jewelry by working in various management and executive positions for several major jewelry retails firms. In addition to his experience, Stephen is a member of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers (http://www.najaappraisers.com) and has earned his Graduate Gemologist Degree (G.G.) from the Gemological Institute of America (www.gia.edu).
