FutureFusion Youth Education Program Terms and Conditions and Parental Agreement
FutureFusion is a structured educational program developed and managed by professional educators and offered in conjunction with this event. The program is designed to provide meaningful learning experiences for youth participants ages 7 through 17.
By registering a child for FutureFusion, the parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility and Participation
FutureFusion is open to youth participants ages 7 to 17 at the time of the program. All participants must be registered by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult who has legal authority to consent on the child’s behalf.
FutureFusion is an educational program. It is not childcare, babysitting, or supervision only. Activities are designed for learning, exploration, and engagement appropriate to age groups.
Required On Site Adult Presence
A parent, legal guardian, or designated responsible adult must remain on site at the event venue at all times while the child is participating in FutureFusion.
On site means physically present within the event venue and immediately reachable by phone. Leaving the venue, hotel, or event premises while a child is enrolled in the program is not permitted.
Failure to remain on site may result in removal of the child from the program without refund.
Program Supervision and Scope
FutureFusion is staffed by professional educators and trained program personnel. Staff provide structured instruction, guidance, and reasonable supervision during scheduled program hours.
FutureFusion staff are not responsible for supervision outside of scheduled program activities, including before check in, after pick up, or during breaks unless expressly stated.
Participants are expected to follow instructions, participate respectfully, and comply with program rules. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program.
Educational Content Disclaimer
Program content is educational and exploratory in nature. Activities may include hands on learning, creative projects, discussions, demonstrations, and age appropriate exposure to industry concepts.
No guarantees are made regarding educational outcomes, skills acquisition, or future interests. Content reflects general educational objectives and does not constitute career counseling, professional certification, or individualized instruction.
Photography, Video, and Media Release
By enrolling a child in FutureFusion, the parent or guardian grants the ATLANTA JEWELRY SHOW/SJTA permission to use their child’s photograph in Atlanta Jewelry Show Kids FutureFusion promotional media. Registration in the program confirms that the parent or guardian understands that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, videos, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
You authorize the use of the child’s image, likeness, and voice in marketing, promotional, educational, editorial, and archival materials in any media now known or later developed, without compensation or further approval.
You waive any right to inspect or approve such materials.
Health, Medical, and Emergency Authorization
By registering, you affirm that the child is physically able to participate in program activities.
You authorize program staff to obtain emergency medical care for the child if reasonably necessary and if you cannot be immediately reached. You understand that you are responsible for all medical costs incurred.
FutureFusion staff are not medical personnel and do not administer medication. Emergency medical care, if required, is provided by an independent, licensed medical services provider engaged by the event. Parents or guardians are responsible for managing all routine medications and for providing complete and accurate medical information during registration.
Allergies, medical conditions, or special needs must be disclosed during registration.
Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
Participation in FutureFusion involves ordinary risks associated with group activities, learning environments, and attendance at a large public event.
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, you assume all ordinary risks related to your child’s participation and release and hold harmless the event organizer, venue, program staff, educators, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from ordinary negligence.
This release does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Conduct and Removal Policy
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and safely toward peers, staff, and property.
The event organizer reserves the right to remove a participant from the program for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. Removal due to conduct does not entitle the registrant to a refund.
Program Changes and Force Majeure
Program schedules, activities, instructors, and formats may change as reasonably necessary.
The event organizer is not responsible for cancellation, delay, or modification due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, public safety concerns, venue issues, or governmental orders.
Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of the event organizer unless required by law.
