The Renaissance Waverly Hotel Galleria is the official AJS Host hotel as it is conveniently attached to the Cobb Galleria Convention Centre.
*To book multiple hotel rooms, we suggest reserving one room at a time for best results.

🔷ARE THE DATES YOU SELECTED USING THE LINK UNAVAILABLE?
It is possible that only one of the nights you selected is not available online in our room block, but rooms are available at the hotel at regular hotel rates. Unfortunately, the hotel's website will not let you complete a reservation if one of our blocked nights is sold out. In this case, we recommend the following:
🔹Call the hotel directly at (770) 953-4500 and try to make a reservation including as many discounted hotel nights as possible, understanding that you may have to pay regular hotel rates for one or more nights to complete the reservation.
🔹Keep trying the above link! Reservations change frequently.
🔹Use your Marriott Bonvoy App
If you need to cancel a Waverly reservation, please contact us ASAP instead of cancelling the reservation with the hotel. We have a waiting list for hotel reservations and may be in need of additional reservations.
🔹Email Ivy Doss at idoss@atlantajewelryshow.com and indicate your name, your email address, the number of reservations that you have, and the dates. Ivy will send you a response either accepting or declining your reservation.
🔹If we accept the reservation, your reservation release will not be transferred until you receive an email confirmation accepting the reservation from the AJS team.
🔸The release request must be confirmed with the AJS team before the transfer occurs.
🔸Without a reservation transfer acceptance email confirmation from the AJS team, you will still be responsible for the reservation.
🔹If we decline the reservation, you will be responsible for contacting the hotel and cancelling the reservation.
The Renaissance Waverly Hotel Cancellation Policy:
72 Hours Prior to Arrival
All reservations made or hosted by AJS will be managed by our team. You’ll receive all communication—including your final hotel confirmation and reservation number—from Ivy Doss. You may contact Ivy at (678) 384-9101 or email: idoss@atlantajewelryshow.com.
🔸For any changes or cancellations, please contact Ivy Doss or Carolyn Woltz Lennon directly ASAP. Do not reach out to the hotel—timely communication with our team is essential.

Alternate Hotels: If you are unable to book a room at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel, we encourage you to book rooms directly with the hotel of your choice in the Galleria area. Additionally, we do not recommend using a third-party travel site to book hotel reservations. There are multiple events happening in the Galleria area and rooms will become more difficult to secure in the weeks to come.
